PET RECOVERY FOUNDATION HILARY DUFF CONCERT TICKET SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IF YOU USE THE FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY PROVIDED BELOW.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Hilary Duff, MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, or any affiliated entities.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at approximately 6:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 7, 2026, and ends at 5:59:59 PM ET on June 19, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through either of the following methods:
A. Donation Entry Method
Eligible individuals will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every one dollar ($1.00) donated to Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period through Sponsor's website.
Example:
$1 donation = 1 entry
$10 donation = 10 entries
$100 donation = 100 entries
Donations must be successfully completed before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
B. Free Mail-In Entry Method
To enter without making a donation, hand print the following information on a standard 3" x 5" card:

Mail the completed card in a standard envelope with proper postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive 1 (one) Sweepstakes entry. All mail-in entries must include all requested information and format (as stated above) to be considered a valid entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted, and will be destroyed. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must to be postmarked between June 7, 2026 and June 17, 2026, and must be received by June 19, 2026. Mail-in entries must be original; no photo copies, facsimiles or reproductions of a mail-in entry will be accepted. Requests for confirmation of receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.
ENTRY LIMITS
There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may receive through donations or free mail-in entries, provided all entries comply with these Official Rules.
Use of any automated system, bot, script, or other means to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
Three (3) tickets (Section OR2 - Seats 20-22) to the Hilary Duff concert scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM local time at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florida.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,800.00
Actual value may vary. No cash alternative will be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, merchandise, and any other expenses associated with prize use are solely the responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION
On or about June 19, 2026, after the Sweepstakes Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing shall be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by telephone and email using the contact information provided with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within twenty four (24) hours of the first notification attempt.
Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
PRIZE CLAIM
Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to:
Provide proof of identity;
Provide proof of eligibility;
Execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility;
Execute and return a Liability Release; and
Where lawful, execute a Publicity Release.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor shall not be responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail;
Technical failures of any kind;
Unauthorized human intervention;
Computer, network, or communication malfunctions;
Errors in administration of the Sweepstakes.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:
Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida;
Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes;
Under no circumstances shall entrants be entitled to punitive, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices and applicable law.

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days following the drawing to:
