Support starts with understanding.

  • Pet owners who are unable to afford or do not have the means to hire a thermal drone, trapping service or coordinate community outreach efforts.

  • Please fill out the submission form under the “Find My Lost Pet” tab at the top of our web page. Once we receive your information, we can determine what services are needed and connect you with the proper professionals.

  • While other rescues often focus on rehoming animals, our mail goal is reuniting lost pets and their families through professional search and rescue efforts.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly, as we understand time is of the essence when a pet goes missing!

  • Yes! We only hire professionals who meet our standards for quality, success rates, compassion, and have the necessary license and/or insurance to legally complete the services.

  • The funds we raise are used directly for hiring professional thermal drone and trapping services, including the additional services they offer: consultations, sign posting, community engagement, game camera set ups, etc. The funds also cover travels costs for these services.

  • If you’ve located a lost pet and they do not have a collar with the owner’s contact information on it, please contact your local Animal Control. They will be able to scan the pet for a chip and assist with contacting it’s owners.

  • We have a network of professional thermal drone pilots and humane trappers on-call 24/7. They have a plethora of knowledge and will create a customized, efficient, and effective search and rescue plan for each pet.

  • We do not take in stray animals. Please call your local Animal Control to have them assist.

  • The thermal drone can locate any animal that is visible to the drone. It has successfully located dogs, cats, cows, horses, snakes, birds, capybaras, and more!

  • Cases are taken on a first come, first serve basis; however, if needed, priority will be given to service animals, pets with disabilities or pets that have been injured.
